Congealed Salad
This is the recipe for Spaghetti Sauce which is in my church cook
book, you can make changes as you like:
Grandmere's Spaghetti Sauce - Ruby Burbank
3 lbs. ground beef
3 large onions  (chopped)
2 large green peppers (chopped)
3 cloves garlic, (minced)
2 cans tomatoes, chopped 
1 can tomato paste
l can mushrooms
1 tps. oregano
salt and pepper to taste.
(This can be varied - I usually add Bay leaf and sometimes olives.)
